This line from James Clear in his book Atomic Habits is very practical, “You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.” His book also stated that the goal is not just to run a marathon, the goal is to become a runner.

Create your own systems & frameworks and/or evolve the systems & frameworks I have shared with you and/or those you have learned. Eventually, your mind and actions will be an automated machine using mistakes & learnings as inputs and transform them into your desired outcomes.

Today, you came home crying because you did not score a goal in your early morning soccer game. For the first half, you were placed with the opposing team because they needed more players. Your mama called me on the phone saying you were playing boldly with more energy because you knew who you were playing against, your own teammates. During this week’s practice, you scored 2 goals. During last week’s practice, you scored 3 goals. It is a great start in being bold to score goals when you knew who you were playing against!
